How did you get to open your store? What is the story behind it?
Founded in April 1994 by the owner Thomas Kalb aka Benson. I always wanted to have a store and to turn my hobby into a profession. Guitars have always played an important role in my life. We saw a positive development in the last years and we have an own music school, a professional repair shop for guitars which is specialized in optimizing and improving guitars, inlay work, varnishing, fretting ….
Which highlights in your store would you like to tell us about?
Benson himself plays one of the first Adamas guitars ever produced and has known the Ovation company since the beginning. They also repair several Ovation guitars.
Why do you sell Ovation Guitars and what do you think is unique about this brand?
It is a very modern guitar, a very good stage guitar with low feedback, lyrachord body, piezzo system, easy to play, comes close to an electric guitar, modern outfit, multi soundhole
